VISITATION POLICY

Guest & Visitor Guidelines

We welcome your friends and family to the Trilogy Community . To ensure a comfortable, safe, and dignified environment for everyone, we ask that all residents follow our visitor protocols.

  • Registration Required: All guests must be registered prior to or upon arrival.
  • Resident Responsibility: You are fully accountable for your visitors' behavior.
  • Overnight Stays: Require advance management approval to ensure community comfort.
  • Visiting Hours: Unregistered guests may not be permitted during quiet hours.

Familiarize yourself with designated emergency exits. Keep shared hallways and stairwells entirely clear of personal items and obstructions at all times.

Hazard Prevention

Promptly report any physical damage, water leaks, or potential safety hazards to management to prevent accidents and protect our shared property.

In the event of a critical emergency, please prioritize safety above all else. Contact emergency services (911) immediately before notifying Trilogy Management.

We are committed to providing a stable, recovery-friendly living space. The possession or use of illegal substances, or disruptive behavior related to alcohol, is not permitted.

Safe & Secure Spaces

Every member deserves to feel secure in their home. Any form of harassment, threats, violence, or possession of weapons fundamentally contradicts our values and is strictly prohibited.

Caring for the Home
